Our Ayurvedic Consultant

Sandeep Garg BSc(Hons) PG Dip Ayurveda

Sandeep has had a working relationship with Ayurveda for 15 years, especially with Ayurvedic herbs and their therapeutic uses. His interest and belief in Ayurveda, led him to look deeper into the clinical aspect of Ayurveda and its approach to promoting better health through changes in lifestyle and the use of herbal supplements. This culminated in him taking up a three year degree programme from Middlesex University, where he gained an Honours (BSc) degree in Complementary Health Sciences (Ayurveda) and completeing his Post graduate Diploma with a clinical internship under Dr Vasant Lad (B.A.M.S., M.A.Sc., one of the world's foremost experts in Ayurveda and founder of the Ayurvedic Institute, in Albuquerque, New Mexico) in Pune, India. He will be beginning his final MSc programme in November this year, researching the effectiveness of an ayurvedic treatment traditionally used for Insomnia. Sandeep is currently working under the guidance of an Ayurvedic practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience and is a full member of the Ayurvedic Practitioners Association UK.
